How much does it cost to come to Camp?
At Meadowlodge, there is no charge for children’s camps, however we ask that you send a $10.00 registration fee with your application. See the registration form.
Family Camp is exception
For a family of 4 - $150.00
$25.00 per person above that.
Babies are free

When do camps start and end?
Arrival and registration for all overnight camps is between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Sunday evening.
Please be sure to arrive at camp between those times.
Pickup for overnight camps is 12 noon, Saturday.
Day Camp - daily drop off 9:30 am Monday to Thursday
Day Camp - daily pick up 3:30 pm Monday to Thursday
What should I bring to camp?

What should I leave at home?
(cell phones, Ipods, tablets,etc.)

Is there Internet access?
No, there is no Internet access for guests or campers.
Can I visit my son or daughter during camp?
Sometimes kids miss their parents and parents miss their kids. Visiting Camp can be distracting to both campers and staff. Please wait to visit Camp during pick up and drop off and someone will be happy to show you around.
If a trip to the camp is absolutely essential, it should be made only after a phone call to Camp Director or Camp Manager to make arrangements
When arriving at camp, please check in with the Camp Director.
Is there phone access?
If necessary, there is a phone in the office that campers may use if supervised by a staff member.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Can you accommodate allergies and special dietary needs?
Our menu allows us to accommodate nut allergies, but we cannot accommodate special dietary needs like gluten free and lactose free at this time.
Can I leave camp due to school registration?
Yes you can leave camp due to school registration. Please let the director know when you will be leaving and coming back. Always remember that campers need to sign in and out of Camp.
Can I arrange to have another person pick up my daughter or son after camp?
Yes you may.
In the event that campers are being picked up by someone other than a parent or legal guardian, the parent’s or legal guardian's written consent is required unless previously arranged with the Camp Manager. Please advise the Camp Manager or Camp Director at time of drop off.
Those persons picking up will be required to produce Government issued photo I.D.
As a precaution: You should arrange with your child a pass code or phrase that the authorized pick up person(s) would also know to cover emergency situations.
Please advise the Camp Manager or Camp Director if there is anyone that your child CANNOT be released to.
My child has special needs, can she/he come to camp?
While we make every effort to accommodate individuals, Meadowlodge is not equipped to handle high needs or special needs children. If your child might be in this category, please contact the Camp Manager to discuss the situation ahead of time.
Are the Camp facilities available for rentals?
During our off-season the camp facilities may be rented by interested groups. For further information and bookings contact Camp.
